Ohhh WOW! Having a Mexican wife truly makes it hard to find an AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant, but 3 Agaves in Avon IN was a fantastic and pleasant find! My wife and I hate TexMex!!! 3 Agaves is very wonderfully mixed with delicioso Mexicana food and a little combo of TexMex for the gringos. My wife and I both give it 5 STARS! The only thing sadly that is very gringo style TexMex food is the white people American chips and salsa. Horrible and cheesy! If you bring more authentic Mexicano food to Avon IN and stop trying to be so Americanized with fake TexMex, you will find that more gringos will fall even more in love with Pozole Verde or Menudo, of Flan or Tres Leche...give all the gringos in Avon IN a mouthful of amazing authentic Mexicano food. Dont sell out to the TexMex gorditos!

The first time we went, we got the steak nachos and chimichanga and absolutely loved it! The second and third time we went was not as great. Didnt wow us as much. But it was still pretty good.
Hands down the best Mexican in Avon!!! Try it, you will love it!!!
